How do we collect your data?
Website visitors
We collect the personal data that you provide us via website forms. We also collect personal data collected through cookies when visiting the website.
Representatives of customers, suppliers and partners
To be able to administer our ongoing contacts with business partners, we collect contact information regarding representatives of such partners. Data collection is handled manually.

Users of our services
Some of our products and services requires login or equivalent authorization procedure.
Data regarding users is collected directly from the user and from the system processing user data.
Potential collaboration partners
Contact information regarding representatives for potential collaboration partners is collected from publicly available databases.
Which data do we process, and why?

Website visitors
Name, role and email address is processed to answer questions related to our products and services, and for targeted communication about our products and services. Personal data collected through cookies when visiting the website includes e.g. IP-address, time and length of the visit and other information on the online behavior of the visitor, for the purpose of statistics, optimize our website and its functions and for direct advertising purposes.
Representatives of customers, suppliers and partners
Contact information (name, telephone number, email address, role) is processed to administer our business relationships and to communicate about updates of our products and services. Some of this information may also be processed for financial administration, e.g. invoicing.

Users of our services
The use of some of our products and services requires inlog or similar. Therefore, we process username and password of the user. We also process aggregated data regarding the use of the services (e.g. number of pictures taken, latest login, type of device).
Potential collaboration partners
For marketing purposes and for potential collaborations, we process name and contact information regarding representatives of in our opinion interesting organizations.
Legal basis for processing
Most of the personal data we process, is processed with legitimate interest and consent where applicable, as a legal basis. You have the right to at any time revoke your consent by the procedures stated when you give your consent. A limited part of the personal data is processed with a legal obligation as a legal basis, e.g. the processing necessary for accounting purposes.
For how long do we keep your data?
Website visitors
We retain your data as long as it is necessary four us to be able handle your requests as regards our products, services, newsletters etc. Thereafter, the data will be deleted.
Representatives of customers, suppliers and partners
We retain your data as long as it is necessary for us to able to communicate with the organization that you are representing. Personal data processed for accounting purposes is retained for 7 years in accordance with applicable accounting legislation. Thereafter, the data will be deleted.
Users of our services
We retain your data as long as you are a registered user of the service or product and for additional 12 months. Thereafter, the data will be deleted.
Potential collaboration partners
We retain your data as long as it is necessary for us to be able to handle the intended communication activities. Thereafter, the data will be deleted.
With whom do we share your data?
As a general rule, we do not share your personal data with third parties, unless we are required to do so by mandatory law or authority decision. If we process personal your personal data, you being a representative of our customer, supplier or partner, we may share your personal data to third parties of necessary for our business purpose or if it is necessary in order to maintain functionality in our services or products.
If you have given your consent to certain cookies, some of your personal data will be shared with third parties for analytics and marketing purposes.
Where is your data processed?
We strive to always process your personal data within the EU/EES. In certain situations, as when we share your data with e.g. an IT-supplier operating outside the EU/EES, your data may be processed outside EU/EES. If and when your data is processed outside the EU/EES, we ensure an adequate level of protection and that appropriate security measures are taken (e.g. by using the Standard Contract Clauses by the European Commission).
Your rights as a data subject
